Dear Sir,

Pls be informed we have a 32inches Wise TV manufactured/brand of Vijay Sales since last 14days we are in follow-up with third party service center.

A- the technician was assigned job after 2 days, after examination he concluded that the mother board is be replaced it will take 4 to 5 days after much follow-up he turned up after 7days with the part.
B- the technician came with the mother board but after installation said that the panel is to be replaced. he will raise request and will be here by 2 to 3 days.

Problem is customer pays for the product; product is in warranty so why only customer has to always follow-up and ask the updates.
the third party they are so careless specially this guy with contact no. 9867753682 trying to reach him so many times in a day but not answer. is this kind of service Vijay sales offers.

Pls check and let us know the development as my in-laws are eagerly waiting for the TV to get repaired as they don't have any other entertainment source in their free time.

I have had a very very bad experience in this year with a high-priced washing machine from Vijay sales which i do not want to address here. So would never recommend anyone for your products.

And, if this issue is not sorted, i need a compensation or new TV.
