I placed an order for chairs on their website and paid a total amount of ₹38,000. The order was supposed to be delivered within the timeline promised by the company. However, it has now been more than 10 days past the committed delivery date, and I have still not received the product.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, WhatsApp, and email, there has been no response from their side. Their customer service has completely stopped responding.

This behavior clearly indicates negligence and possible fraudulent intent. On further research, I found that many other customers have faced similar issues, including non-delivery, lack of communication, and delayed or no refunds. Several complaints have already been posted on this platform and elsewhere highlighting the same pattern of behavior.

I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this company and help me recover my money.
