Respected Sir/Madam,


I am filing this complaint against Trumeds for the non-delivery of my paid order, despite their system marking it as delivered. Here are the details:


  • Order ID: 30742143
  • Invoice Number: INV2026-00145529
  • Invoice Date: 09-06-2025
  • Patient Name: Rupesh Gitte
  • Shipping Address: Rajlakshmi Abhyasika, Ashti, Near Gram Panchayat Office, Ashti, Nagar Road, Ashti, Maharashtra, 414203
  • Total Paid Amount: ₹321.25
  • Order Contents:
    • Alkem ORS Orange Flavour Sachet
    • Limcee Orange Flavour Chewable Tablet
    • Minolast LC Tablet
    • Prolyte ORS Sachets(Full invoice is attached with details of quantity and price.)

Issue Details:
The delivery agent attempted delivery while my phone was switched off for three days, including the delivery day (around 9th June 2025) and the following two days. When I switched my phone back on, the Trumeds app showed that my order was delivered. However, I did not receive the package, nor did I get any calls from the delivery agent during this time.


Since 12th June 2025, I have been regularly calling Trumeds customer care to request either a re-delivery or a refund, but there has been no progress. The customer care team keeps telling me they have tried to contact me, but I have not received any calls from them. As of today (4th July 2025), no refund has been initiated, and I have not received my medicines, which are important for my treatment.


Professional Background:
I am a veterinary doctor by profession and the delay in getting these medicines has directly affected my health and professional responsibilities.


  1. Provide proof of delivery (POD) with details of who received the package
  2. Either re-deliver the order to me urgently or refund the full amount paid (₹321.25)
  3. Pay compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and delay in providing essential medicines

All relevant documents, including the invoice, are attached for your reference. I sincerely request your help to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Trumeds, clearly outlining your concerns that the item is not delivered but the app is showing Delivered and requesting to refund or deliver the medicines.

This step not only gives the Trumeds a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.

I've sent them and email....but the team haven't replied & even after calling the customer care, they said that they cannot help me now in this case. Therefore it's my kind request to you that you must interfere in this matter now & please try to give justice to me. I'm waiting for some action in this regards. Thanking you in anticipation.
