Hi ... I've started the process in toothsi with the part payment by the guidance of doctor Anand... after that victor the relationship manager called me and he told the process has started but the process delayed and I requested victor not to call at specific time period because of my maternity medical issues and not to ask about the payment becoz the consulted doctor has mentioned about the part payment and some specific amount but my rm has mentioned some amount and asked n number of times about the payment.....I'm frustrated about his behaviour...so I decided to get rid of this treatment....but the cancellation
Fee amount is 20000.... I don't know the process has not started yet...the doctor consultation only held two time that to agree about the plan....other things has not been started why I need to pay the entire part payment...they are not responding by not picking up the call...the customer support just raised a ticket but not responding
