I would like to raise a formal consumer complaint against The Sleep Company regarding the poor quality of the mattress purchased from their Tirupati store and the unacceptable after-sales service provided by the company.
After purchasing the mattress, we started facing stitching and quality issues within a short period. The mattress stitching became damaged, which clearly indicates poor manufacturing quality. We immediately contacted The Sleep Company customer support and also visited the Tirupati store multiple times for resolution. We spent a considerable amount of time, money, and effort on phone calls, follow-ups, and store visits, but no proper action was taken from their side.
Later, the Quality Team from The Sleep Company visited our home for inspection. During the visit, they confirmed that the mattress was damaged and informed us that the item would be replaced. Following this, we also received a message from The Sleep Company stating that the replacement request had been registered.
However, after a few days, when we followed up regarding the replacement status, the company suddenly changed their statement and informed us that the replacement request had been rejected. They falsely claimed that the damage was caused because we used a woolen bedsheet on the mattress.
This statement is completely false and misleading. Even in the inspection video, it is clearly visible that we were using a normal cotton bedsheet, not a woolen bedsheet. Instead of accepting the product defect and honoring their replacement commitment, The Sleep Company is trying to avoid responsibility by placing false allegations on the customer.
This behavior is highly unprofessional, misleading, and unfair to consumers. We trusted the brand and invested a significant amount expecting quality service and support, but the company failed to provide both product quality and customer care.

- Ensure immediate replacement/refund for the defective mattress as we have raised the issue within 7days from the delivery of mattress.
- Compensate for the mental stress, time loss, travel expenses, and inconvenience caused.
- Investigate the false statements made by the company to reject the replacement request.
