Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this grievance against AD Projects (AD Projects – Premium Home Interiors in Bangalore | Best Price Challenge!) for deficiency in service, breach of commitment, and unfair business practices for Ajmera Lakeside Paradise, Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru 560064. In March 2026, AD Projects undertook my interior work project for an agreed amount of ₹5.50 lakh and committed to completing the work within 30–45 days. Despite repeated follow-ups, the project remains incomplete well beyond the promised timeline. Additionally, the contractor has used substandard materials contrary to the agreed specifications. Commercial plywood has been used instead of the promised plywood quality. We have paid around 5.3 lakhs total, and now they are asking 5.9 lakhs at the time of final completion. Furthermore, the contractor is now demanding an additional amount of approximately ₹30,000 despite the original scope of work not being completed.
The following items have been pending for more than one month and have not been supplied or installed:
• Kitchen profile shutter doors – 3 units, Kitchen accessories GTPT, wicker basket
• TV unit rafter, TV unit Profile shutter doors
• Bed headboard
• Handles, knobs, locker for all wardrobes
• CNC door cutting & internal cutting for the puja unit
• Wall trim for European beading
• Putty work for the partition wall
Also, carpentry work is left for kitchen utilities (Box installation is pending), both wardrobe drawers, TV unit drawer, handles, and hanger installation are pending.
They aren't responding through call/msg. If I complete this work by myself, then they should pay at least 70k to 80k.
Due to the unreasonable delay, I have been forced to continue staying in rented accommodation and have incurred rental expenses for the last three months. The delay has caused significant financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment to my family. I request the authority to direct AD Projects to:
Complete all pending work immediately as per the agreed specifications.
Replace/rectify any work where substandard materials have been used.
Withdraw the unjustified demand for additional payment.
Compensate me at least for three months' rent incurred due to the delay.
Provide compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and deficiency of service.
I am attaching supporting documents, including the agreement, payment records, photographs of the work, and communication records with the contractor.
I request your kind intervention to ensure that justice is served.
