I am writing to file a formal complaint against Swiggy Instamart regarding a recent order I placed. My order number is 208848964738756.
On June 14th, I received the incorrect product. I had ordered a size XS item, but the delivered item was a different size (as seen in the attached image from my initial email).
I immediately contacted Swiggy Instamart to request a return and replacement. I sent an initial email on June 14th. After not receiving a response, I sent follow-up emails on June 18th. As of today, June 19th, I still have not received any substantive response or resolution from Swiggy Instamart. The automated response I received (ticket #427797:2590998) promised a response within 48 hours, which has passed.
This lack of response and failure to address the incorrect delivery is unacceptable. I am seeking a full refund for the incorrect item and request that Swiggy Instamart improve its customer service and response times.
I have attached the email thread with Swiggy Instamart as evidence of my attempts to resolve this issue.
