I am writing to file a complaint against Swiggy (Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) regarding the non-refund of my cancelled order.
On 21/03/2026 with order no 233078659285135, I placed an order through the Swiggy app amounting to ₹557. I cancelled the order within the stipulated time, and the restaurant had not started preparing the food at the time of cancellation. As per standard food delivery policies, I am entitled to a full refund.
Despite this, Swiggy has failed to initiate or process my refund. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory resolution.
This act amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as I am being denied a legitimate refund for a service that was not provided.
I request the forum to kindly:
Direct Swiggy to process a full refund of ₹557 immediately.
Take necessary action against the company for such practices.
Ensure compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused.
I have attached all relevant documents, including order details, cancellation proof, and chat screenshots with customer support.
Kindly look into the matter and provide a resolution at the earliest.
