Facts of the Case
  1. I am a paying customer of Reliance Jio Fiber, holding relocation request Order No. CO0002BDHQ26.
  2. Despite repeated follow-ups, my relocation request has not been resolved. Instead, multiple service requests have been closed fraudulently, without my knowledge or consent.
  3. The following requests were closed without resolution:
    • SR000032H6N7 – Closed without resolution.
    • SR000032EGMF (01 Apr 2026) – Delay in Relocation → Still unresolved.
    • SR00003288UP (30 Mar 2026) – Missed Appointment → Closed falsely.
    • SR0000328A0R (30 Mar 2026) – Behaviour Issue → Closed without my consent.
    • SR000031L48P (21 Mar 2026) – Customer Not Interested → Fraudulent closure. I never raised this request and had to revoke it via call.
    • SR000031Q8HV (23 Mar 2026) – Customer Retained → Closed without resolution.
    • SR000031GM45 (19 Mar 2026) – DG Alarm → Closed without addressing the actual issue.
  4. Engineers visiting my premises have repeatedly claimed “junction not working” or “junction full” and attempted to coerce me into purchasing Jio Air Fiber, despite Fiber being active in my society.
  5. This amounts to deficiency in service, misrepresentation, and harassment of a consumer.

Grounds for Complaint


  • Fraudulent closure of service requests without consumer consent.
  • Misrepresentation by Reliance Jio Fiber staff, coercing me to buy Air Fiber.
  • Failure to provide promised service despite payment.
  • Mental harassment and waste of time due to repeated false excuses.
