- SR000032EGMF (01 Apr 2026) – Delay in Relocation → Still unresolved.
- SR00003288UP (30 Mar 2026) – Missed Appointment → Closed falsely.
- SR0000328A0R (30 Mar 2026) – Behaviour Issue → Closed without my consent.
- SR000031L48P (21 Mar 2026) – Customer Not Interested → Fraudulent closure. I never raised this request and had to revoke it via call.
- SR000031Q8HV (23 Mar 2026) – Customer Retained → Closed without resolution.
- SR000031GM45 (19 Mar 2026) – DG Alarm → Closed without addressing the actual issue.
- Engineers visiting my premises have repeatedly claimed “junction not working” or “junction full” and attempted to coerce me into purchasing Jio Air Fiber, despite Fiber being active in my society.
