Dear Consumer Forum,
I, Vipin Kumar Yadav, a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, wish to file a complaint against Pukhraj Groups, located at 688/A Eldeco Udyan 2nd, Utarthiya, Lucknow (previously at Sector K1-1557, Near Chancellor Club, Ashiyana, Lucknow), for failing to pay my legitimate dues of ₹1,84,000/- despite multiple follow-ups.
Complaint Details:
1. I joined Pukhraj Groups as an Associate on August 5, 2021.
2. The company promised an incentive of 8-15% as per the appointment letter.
3. I successfully closed multiple deals, entitling me to ₹1,84,000/- in incentives.
4. Despite repeated requests, company representatives Akshay Verma , Anil Kumar , and Pooja Singh kept delaying the payment with false promises.
5. The WhatsApp chats and other communications clearly show that the company has no intention of clearing my dues.
Legal Grounds:
✔ Under Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, I qualify as a consumer.
✔ This falls under Unfair Trade Practices since the company failed to honor its written commitment.
✔ As per Section 21, I am entitled to compensation for financial loss and mental harassment.
My Demands:
1. Immediate payment of ₹1,84,000/-.
2. Penalty against Pukhraj Groups for fraudulent and unethical practices.
3. Compensation for financial loss and mental agony caused due to deliberate delays.
