i send the material throw a porter app by booking the vehicle type tata ace driver name sanjay kumar pb10ct8754 at the delivery point receiver unable to make the payment of the goods due to that we not give the goods to the company so we requested the driver not to end the trip and take back to the pickup location but driver end the trip and empty the good in the water area on the road so the goods autoblack coating is damaged a after 5 days it got rusty so the goods are completely damaged and the porter always says that case is under investigation and i still not get the claimed amount pls help we are very small scale hand to mouth manufacturing unit thanking you

This email serves as a FINAL LEGAL NOTICE regarding the theft and non-delivery of material against the below booking.

Material Value: Rs. 37,700

This is the third formal communication from our side. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no proper investigation report, no compensation update, and no accountability fixed.

This is not an isolated incident. Such repeated theft clearly reflects gross negligence, lack of delivery security, and failure of internal control systems from your organization.

As a logistics service provider, Porter is legally responsible for safe custody and delivery of entrusted goods under applicable transport and consumer protection laws.

We hereby demand:

1. Written investigation report with driver details
2. Immediate approval of full compensation of Rs. 37,700
3. Written confirmation of settlement timeline within 48 hours

Failing which, we will initiate:

• Consumer Court complaint
• Legal notice through Advocate
• Police complaint for criminal breach of trust
• Claim for damages up to Rs. 50,00,000 for financial loss, business disruption, and mental harassment

All legal expenses and consequences shall be solely borne by your company.

Treat this as the final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.

We expect a written response within 48 hours of receipt of this notice.
