I, Kanchan Mehta, would like to file a formal complaint against Planet Spark, whose corporate office is located at:

Details of the Complaint:


  1. I enrolled my child, Aanshi Sahukar, in PlanetSpark's Learn Classes and paid an amount of ₹12,000/- for the same.
  2. My child has attended only 4 Learn Classes, and it was clearly observed—and repeatedly communicated to their team—that she has not understood the phonics sounds, which are the foundation of the course.
  3. Due to this, I requested PlanetSpark to convert the remaining Practice Classes and Performance Classes into Learn Classes, because without understanding the basics, the child cannot benefit from practice/performance sessions and according to them the 16 classes is balance till now .
  4. For the last several days, I have consistently informed Nehal Ma’am and the Planet Spark support team, but they have not provided any proper response or assistance.
  5. Their refusal or negligence in converting the classes, despite multiple requests, amounts to:
    • Deficiency of service
    • Unfair trade practice
    • Misrepresentation of educational services promised at the time of enrollment
  6. I have paid for Learn Classes only, but the platform is forcing me to use Practice and Performance classes, which is not what I agreed to or paid for.
  7. Despite numerous follow-ups, Planet Spark has failed to resolve the issue, forcing me to approach the Consumer Court for justice.

Relief Sought:
I hereby request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take necessary action against Planet Spark and direct the company to:

  1. Convert all remaining classes into Learn Classes immediately, OR
  2. Provide a full refund of ₹12,000/- paid by me,
  3. And take appropriate action for the mental harassment, time loss, and deficiency of service caused to us.

I request the Hon’ble Commission to kindly consider my complaint and take strict action as per the Consumer Protection Act.
