I would like to file a complaint against an online seller for engaging in fraudulent business practices.
On 24th October 2025, I purchased a dress from their Instagram page ([insert page handle]) which directed me to their website ([insert website link]). The product delivered was entirely different from what was shown in their advertisement. Upon receiving the parcel, I immediately contacted the seller to return the item, as their Instagram post clearly mentioned a 5-day return policy.
However, after placing the order, I discovered that their website has no return option, the provided phone number does not work, and the seller has Not responding to my emails and messages. This behavior suggests intentional misrepresentation and possible online fraud.
