Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sanjeev Bouddh, wish to lodge a complaint against Ola Electric Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for deficiency in service and failure to provide the benefits promised under the Ola Care+ Plan.

Facts of the Complaint:
I purchased an Ola Electric scooter along with the Ola Care+ Plan, for which I paid an additional amount to receive enhanced service benefits.
For the last one month, I have been attempting to book a service appointment through the Ola application. However, the nearest service centers continuously show "No Slots Available."
Despite repeated attempts, Ola Electric has failed to provide a service appointment within a reasonable period.
The company sold me the Care+ Plan but has not provided the promised service benefits. If these benefits are unavailable at my location, this fact was never disclosed before selling the plan.
Due to the unavailability of service slots, I am unable to get my vehicle serviced, causing inconvenience, loss of time, mental harassment, and denial of the services for which I have already paid.
I possess screenshots from the Ola application showing the continuous non-availability of service slots, which are attached as evidence.
Relief Sought:
Immediate arrangement of service for my vehicle.
Refund of the Ola Care+ Plan amount if the promised benefits cannot be provided.
Compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and deficiency in service.
Appropriate action against Ola Electric for unfair trade practices and failure to provide promised services.
I request the Hon'ble Authority to kindly examine my complaint and direct Ola Electric to provide appropriate relief.
