Respected Sir/Madam,


I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind notice the serious negligence and deficiency in service by Ola Electric regarding my electric scooter, which is still under warranty.


My Ola vehicle has been facing continuous technical problems for more than 120 days. Despite repeated visits and multiple complaints, the authorized Ola showroom/service center has denied proper service, even though my vehicle is clearly under warranty.


No responsible person from Ola Electric has taken ownership of the issue. I have written several emails and raised service tickets, but no proper action has been taken. Due to this negligence, my vehicle has remained unused for a long period, causing me financial loss, mental stress, and inconvenience.

This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, which is a violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


I kindly request the Honorable Consumer Forum to take necessary and strict action against Ola Electric and direct the company to either:


  1. Repair my vehicle immediately at no cost, or
  2. Replace the vehicle / refund the amount as per consumer protection laws.

I request your intervention for a quick and fair resolution.
