I am filing this complaint against Ola Electric for their completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and negligent service experience.
My scooter has been lying in the Ola Service Centre for 24 days, and yet no repair has been completed. The issue is related to the charger, which is clearly covered under warranty. Still, the company has not replaced or repaired it till date. Without a charger, it is impossible for any customer to use an electric scooter, and Ola seems least bothered about the inconvenience caused.
Despite repeated efforts from my side, I have received zero proper communication:
• I have called Ola Support multiple times
• I have sent emails
• I have personally visited the service centre
Every single time, I get the same careless reply: “We are checking.”
No timeline.
No follow-up.
No accountability.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect towards the customer.
For a company that claims to offer premium electric mobility, taking nearly a month to resolve a simple warranty charger issue is shocking. Their service standards are extremely poor, and their customer handling is even worse.
I demand immediate action regarding:
1. Why my scooter is still not repaired even after 24 days.
2. Why there has been absolutely no communication from the Ola team.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss (due to lack of transport), and mental frustration. Ola’s service team has failed in every aspect of customer care.
I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and ensure that Ola resolves this issue immediately and provides proper accountability for the delay caused.
