I placed my order 7 days ago from their website and the website showing sale every day which says it will end today which is wrong well they didn't gave tracking order or any other information after placing order no mail no msg nothing any no customer service totally not following any of their own policies and I didn't receive my order having so much issue with them.

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

I have placed the order 15 days back from their website but havent received the order. They dont even responding....no contacts nothing about the order.dont know will i b able to receive it or not. Till d date no updates about the order. I have msgd them many times but no replies.pls help me out with this.
 
I have placed order before 20 days but not received the order. There is no tracking tab for tracing my parcel. I think the company is totally fraud. Pls do not order anything from this company

Hii dude, I am also facing the same issue, My order no #178402 was placed on 06/12/2025 but I haven't received it yet. Ordered value was ove ₹580.
