I wanted to highlight this issue

I don’t know how many times I have raised this issue with the Cars24 support team. The car that I purchased from Cars24 is not at all up to the mark. The vehicle is in poor condition just 6 months after purchase.

Brand & Name: VW Vento 2017 petrol AT
Issue: Major fault in clutch & flywheel N/R

I've attached the diagnosis documents, which came in from the VW service centre after I took the car to them for checking.

The car is not even in a moving condition. I have purchased the car to drive to get the experience, but I am not able to use it.

The engine check light is coming on. Raised for warranty, no support received. Just a comment, it is out-of-warranty parts, and hence we can’t help.

Is this my problem? The car is not working and has major damage, which was not disclosed to me on the date of purchase, 29th June 2025. The car is currently on loan from Loans24. Why should I pay for a car with such major defects?

This is how they treat their consumer. Now, I need to visit their M3M Urbana office from where the car was delivered.
