On March 19, 2026, I placed an order through Mainstreet Marketplace for a amazfit helio strap, priced at ₹14498 including shipping charges. They promised a delivery time of 15 days.
I would like to file a complaint regarding an online marketplace MARCADONA FASHION MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED known as the parent company for *Mainstreet Marketplace* that is involved in fraudulent activities. The company accepts orders and payments online but does not deliver the products, does not issue refunds, and does not respond to calls or messages. Most of the contact numbers provided on their website/social media do not exist or are unreachable.
I believe this is a case of online fraud and cheating. I am ready to provide all relevant details such as payment proofs, order details, website/app links, transaction IDs, screenshots, and communication records.
Kindly guide me on the next steps to register a crime complaint.
