Hi, I have book a cab for travel from my resident to thiruchirappalli International Airport at 10clock but the cab driver didn't show up.. I have made my full payment for the trip.. I need refund... It's not my fault.. I have pin my exact location by full address when booking time but on the makemytrip shows he arrived at other location.. I have book uber to reach the location which shows the location by the driver arrived but there also no one.. It's totally scam...
Down here I attach the prove that the driver didn't reach my residence location and the problem that I go through until because of this trip I booked another and make me sick of it.. I have contact (called) the driver through the number which given in makemy trip app but the call not reachable.. How to contact the driver if the number is not reachable??? How to trust this app if the details their given is wrong? Not once or twice multiples time I tried... But NOT REACHABLE.. Please refund my money.. It's not our fault.. He didn't show up to pickup us in the exact location and didn't give the proper details..
