I am filing this complaint against Mainstreet Marketplace for failure to deliver my order and lack of customer support.
I had placed an order for 3 pairs of Yeezy Slides through Mainstreet Marketplace. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed and assured that the products would be delivered within a period of 3 months.
However, it has now been well beyond the promised delivery timeline, and I have neither received the products nor any proper communication regarding the delay. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company through email, social media platforms, and WhatsApp support, there has been no response from their end. The company appears to be completely unresponsive and unreachable.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss and mental harassment.
