Sir,
i had ordered 1 wooden bed and 1 single seater recliner sofa from Liv Space , Khagaul Patna office on January 7, 2026. They made me pay the whole amount in advance which is INR 80500/- with a 45 days of delivery time line.
When we asked for an update on 11th February, 2026 , we got to know that they had not started with the further process. After that we have been getting new timelines, when ever we asked for upadate. It seems they will not be able to deliver the order and that is the reason they keep changing the time line.
It has been 90 days now since we had placed the order with them. During this process we have been following LivSpace team on whatsApp, EMail and calls where we never get required answers. This whole process has created a mental distress for me and my family. I have asked for refund but they are not ready to proceed with that which is causing financial distress as well.
