So I was on prepaid plan for livepure that provides you water services , every month you pay and you get the services, but they also have one option to buy the purifier machine, so I bought it to avoid the hassle to make the payment every month but now after a year they are now asking me to make the payment, I called customer service team and they confirmed multiple times that I already have made the full payment, they also assigned a tech visit, tech refused to visit and said it’s a back end issue. I raised a service request again but it has been more than a week, no issue resolved, they are unbothered
