I wish to file a formal complaint against Livpure regarding serious deficiency in service, negligence, false assurances, and failure to provide services after collecting ACMC charges from me.
I renewed the ACMC (Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) for my RO water purifier by paying an amount of ₹4274.05 under reference number ICCR17756519520092 for the period from 08-04-2026 to 07-04-2027.
After renewal of the ACMC, I repeatedly requested service and maintenance support for my RO purifier. However, despite several complaints, follow-up calls, and continuous communication with customer care, no technician visited my address and no proper service was provided.
The customer care executives repeatedly gave false promises and delayed responses, causing unnecessary harassment and inconvenience. I trusted the company and renewed the ACMC only because of their assurance regarding timely service support, but the company failed completely in fulfilling its obligations.

- Inconvenience due to non-functioning/non-serviced water purifier.
Therefore, I humbly request the Hon’ble Consumer Authority to:
- Direct Livpure to refund my full ACMC amount of ₹4274.05 immediately.
- Award suitable compensation for mental agony, harassment, wastage of time, and inconvenience caused by the company.
- Take appropriate action against the company for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
