I am extremely dissatisfied with the recurring service issues with my Livpure RO purifier. Service Request No. 26060411382566 was registered on 04 June 2026, and the purifier remained non-functional for more than 48 hours despite repeated follow-ups.

This is not the first time I have faced such delays. Almost every breakdown takes several days to resolve, causing significant inconvenience, especially as I am a senior citizen aged 68 years living with my 75-year-old husband. We depend on the RO purifier for our daily drinking water needs.

Since the purifier has repeatedly failed and Livpure has been unable to provide timely service, I request the immediate replacement of the RO unit with a new working machine.

Further, as I am paying for a subscription/service plan, I request that my subscription validity be extended by the number of days the purifier remained non-functional, as I was unable to use the service during that period.
