I am writing this email as a formal consumer complaint against Livepure regarding the extremely poor, unprofessional, and negligent service experience I have been subjected to over an extended period, despite being a long-term customer of Livepure water purifiers.
I purchased a Livepure water purifier several years ago and have been using it continuously. Unfortunately, the quality of service provided by Livepure and its authorized service partners has deteriorated drastically, causing me repeated inconvenience, mental agony, and loss of time and money.

Summary of Issues Faced
Over the past couple of years, I have raised multiple service requests for issues including:- RO not working
- Leakage in RO
- Machine not working
- Tap broken
- Taste issues
- Installation and re-installation problems
Pathetic and Unprofessional Service Experience
- Frequent Cancellations:
Several service requests were cancelled without proper resolution, sometimes even after being assigned to a technician. - Repeated Breakdowns:
The same issues reappeared within days or weeks, proving that the service provided was superficial and ineffective. - Untrained / Negligent Technicians:
Multiple technicians were assigned over time, including technicians from the same service partner (notably Sri Vinayaka Enterprises), yet the problems persisted. - Poor Coordination & Delays:
Appointments were missed, delayed, or closed without proper repair. I was forced to repeatedly follow up through the app and customer support. - Financial Loss:
I have been charged multiple times for service, parts, and maintenance during this period, despite the issues never being permanently resolved.
Impact on Me as a Consumer
- Continuous disruption in access to clean drinking water
- Repeated waste of personal time coordinating service visits
- Mental stress and frustration due to unresolved complaints
- Loss of trust in Livepure’s service ecosystem
Referral Regret
Based on my earlier experience with Livepure, I had referred several friends and acquaintances to purchase Livepure products. Unfortunately, they too are now facing similar service issues, which has caused me embarrassment and regret for recommending your brand.My Demands
In light of the above facts and documented service history (screenshots attached), I hereby demand:- Immediate escalation and investigation into the technicians and service partners involved
- Strict action against the technicians and service partners responsible for repeated negligence
- Full refund of all service charges, maintenance charges, and part replacement costs collected during this troubled period
- Compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, and time lost due to Livepure’s service failures
- A written assurance on how Livepure intends to prevent such harassment of customers in the future
