Complaint Details:

I placed an order with Littlebox India under Order No. 2309145. Upon receiving the product, I found that the quality was extremely poor and materially different from what was advertised on their platform. The fit, stitching, fabric quality, and overall appearance were unsatisfactory and did not meet reasonable consumer expectations.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery through the company’s official support channel and informed them that the issue pertained to poor quality and defective/misleading product condition. I also stated that I was willing to provide photographs and supporting proof for verification.

However, the company refused to process any return, refund, or exchange, citing their “B1G1 sale policy” and stating that products purchased during the sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

The company failed to address the actual grievance regarding defective and poor-quality merchandise and instead treated the matter solely as a fitting issue. Despite repeated communication and escalation attempts, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.

This conduct amounts to:
• Deficiency in service
• Unfair trade practice
• Sale of defective/misleading goods
under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Relief Sought:

I respectfully request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to direct the opposite party to:

1. Arrange return pickup of the product
2. Provide full refund/store credit for the order
3. Compensate for mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to denial of legitimate consumer rights
4. Take appropriate action for unfair trade practices
