I would like to submit a complaint against an online brand called Lable_Mishwa which operates through Instagram.
I placed an Order ID 104623 with them based on the products shown in their reels and promotional content. However, the items delivered were of significantly lower quality and very different from what was advertised. The products shown online appear premium and well-finished, but the actual items received were poor in quality and did not match the images/videos used for promotion.
This appears to be misleading customers by showing one type of product and delivering another. Customers are making purchases based on false representation.
Further, when I contacted them for a refund/return due to the mismatch in quality and appearance, they did not provide proper support or entertain the refund request fairly.
I believe such practices are unfair to consumers and should be looked into. If a business is charging a certain amount, it should at least provide products of corresponding value and quality rather than misleading buyers.
I request the concerned authority to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to protect consumers from such deceptive practices.
