Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Shamsher Singh, enrolled for the SAP ARIBA course with Kodakco, specifically opting for the Weekend Batch. At the time of enrollment, I was assured by the Opposite Party that the Weekend Batch would commence on 26th July. Relying on this assurance, I paid a sum of ₹42,570/- (Proof attached.) towards the course fees.
However, the promised Weekend Batch did not commence on the scheduled date. Upon inquiry, I was arbitrarily assigned to a Weekday Batch, despite my clear prior communication that weekday classes were not possible for me due to professional commitments.
Even after repeated follow-ups and multiple assurances, no Weekend Batch has commenced till date. When I requested a refund of the fees paid, the Opposite Party outrightly refused and ignored my concerns, thereby depriving me of the service for which I had made full payment.
This conduct of the Opposite Party is highly unprofessional, unfair, and amounts to Deficiency in Service as well as Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Because of their actions, I have not only suffered financial loss and mental harassment but also missed an important career opportunity that required this certification, adversely affecting my professional growth.

Reliefs Sought

- Direct the Opposite Party to refund the course fee of ₹42,570/-, along with interest @12% per annum from the date of payment until realization.
- Award compensation of ₹1,50,000/- for mental harassment, humiliation, and professional loss suffered by me.
- Pass such other order(s) as this Hon’ble Forum may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
