I purchased two jerseys from the Kitmate website under an offer advertised as “Buy One, Get One” for ₹999 with Cash on Delivery or ₹899 with online payment. However, after placing the order, I received only one jersey instead of the two jerseys promised under the offer.
I contacted the seller through email to report the missing jersey and request a return or resolution, but I have not received any response from their side.
This is disappointing, as I placed the order based on the offer advertised on their website. I request that the concerned team investigate this issue and take appropriate action against the seller. I would like either the missing jersey to be delivered at no additional cost or a refund for the missing item.
I request a prompt resolution to this complaint and a response from the seller regarding my issue.
