Subject: Complaint against Kapil Chit Funds for non-payment of bid amount and deficiency in service.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Chitrala Rohit, residing at ECIL, Vampuguda, am a subscriber/member of Kapil Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd. I joined their chit scheme under the chit group number KSET39T-29
I successfully participated in the chit auction and won the bid in the month of Dec 2025. As per the agreement and assurances given by the company's executive, the bid amount was supposed to be released to me immediately after completion of the formalities.
However, despite completing all required documentation and procedures, Kapil Chit Funds has failed to release my bid amount for the past four months. Their executive repeatedly assured me that the amount would be credited by January [2026], but till date the amount has not been paid.
Furthermore, the concerned executive is now not responding to my phone calls or messages, which clearly shows negligence and deficiency in service from the company's side. Due to this delay, I have been facing financial hardship and mental stress.
I therefore request this Honorable Commission to kindly:
Direct Kapil Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd. to immediately release my bid amount of Rs. 15,00,000
Direct them to pay interest for the delay.
Award compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Take appropriate action against the company for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
I am attaching copies of relevant documents such as:• Chit agreement / • Payment receipts / transaction proofs•
I request the Honorable Commission to take necessary action and provide justice at the earliest.
