I would like to express my frustration regarding the extremely painful and unprofessional process of closing my account with Justdial.
Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups from my side, their team is not responding properly or providing any resolution. Even after requesting account closure, unnecessary EMI deductions are still being made from my bank account.
This is causing me financial loss and mental harassment. I fail to understand why closing an account with Justdial is made so difficult for customers. The customer support has been highly irresponsible and unresponsive throughout this process.
I request them to immediately:
I expect an urgent resolution.
