Dear Team,

This is to inform you that I bought a Joy e-Bike from Bharat EV (Dealer) on 17-07-2023 and after one year battery issue occured which is in warranty period. Beacause of this battery issue I checked with the customer service of Joy E-Bike and they told me to visit lucknow service center along with the battery. I went to lucknow service center and I have been told to submit the battery and will be replaced in one week. Now it's been one year since I have been chasing them to replace the battery. I contact them many a times though they are refusing to resolve my issue.

I am lodging this complaint with lots of hope and I am sick and tired chasing them. I bought this bike with my hard earned money. Please look into this matter and help me in resolving it. I have attached all the relevent documents which may help you in order to proceed further.
