Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint to bring to your urgent attention the unethical practices and negligence faced by me as a consumer while dealing with JioMart.

On placing my recent order, a technical glitch prevented me from utilizing my Rs.1000 voucher fully. I was able to order only Rs.100 worth of products, resulting in a direct loss of Rs.900. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Further, the product delivered – CAMPA 2 liter energy drink – was damaged and unhealthy. Consuming such a product poses severe health risks and could lead to serious illness. Despite this, JioMart customer support refused to cancel the order or provide a refund. I contacted their representative (Somnath) via the JioMart application chat, but he denied my request and asked me to wait 48 hours, which is unacceptable given the urgency and health hazard involved.
