I am filing this complaint against JioFiber for their extremely poor service and negligence in addressing my connectivity issue.
My Wi-Fi service has been down since 20th August 2025.
had scheduled an appointment for 23rd August, but the appointment was repeatedly postponed without my knowledge or consent, and now it is showing as 29th August.
This delay has severely disrupted my work and caused professional inconvenience.
I have made several attempts to contact Jio customer support, but none of my calls are going through, and I am unable to reach them by any other means.
Jio has failed to provide timely assistance, and their service reliability has been completely unacceptable.
