I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against JioFiber regarding persistent connectivity issues that have remained unresolved despite multiple complaints to their customer support.
Issue Details:
- Frequent buffering and slow download speeds despite subscribing to a high-speed plan.
- Intermittent disconnections disrupt my work and daily activities.
- No proper resolution from JioFiber support, even after repeated follow-ups over the past [ e.g., 15 days].
Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
- I first raised a complaint with JioFiber on [March 19-20, 2025], but no permanent solution was provided.
- Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response.
- I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.
- After so many technical visits, the problem is not resolved.
- I have informed Area Manager Mr. Amit Shivhare (7067925033) many times still not resolved. Now he is not picking my call....
