I used JIO Air fiber at my previous job location in Madhya Pradesh (Jabalpur). When I was transferred to Surat, I opted for relocation of JIO Fiber connection. During registering for relocation of JIO fiber connection, I choose the new address at Surat at which the connection was to be provided. Thereafter only, I paid Rs. 1200/- onlline to JIO for relocation of the existing JIO fiber connection. My earlier connection in Jabalpur was suspended and equipments were collected by JIO representative but JIO connection was not installed at my Surat address. I also talked to various JIO representatives who confirmed that neither JIO Fiber or JIO Air Fiber connection are available at my Surat address. Thereafter, I asked for the refund of Rs. 1200/-. I also wrote a email to JIO fiber but to no avail. E-mail copy is attached.
