My locality is Mettur dam ,Salem Dt ,TN and my jio fiber is not working since 13th may and I made a service request regarding the same and scheduled the service on 14th may by 1pm. Then it automatically rescheduled to 6.30pm .By the time I have called jio care for two times and of no use they asked me to wait .The service executive called me the evening and asked my address but he has not shown up then on 15th today again I called jio care and they scheduled the service by 11am but no one has shown up till now .Again I called Jio care they asked me to wait for another 24 hours.This is a headache for me and I couldn't do anything about this and in this regard I made a complaint via mail to jio and same no use.

Thread 'JioFiber Installation Fraudulent'

On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
