I have jio Air fiber connection, in the month of May 2026, the jio Air fiber connection has been too much issues in the connectivity. That issue was running 20 days
After resolve the issue i have demanded the refund of the 20 days from jio company.
But jio doesn't give me any refund and send me the bill fully amount of the month of May 2026.
Jio also given the 6 voucher of 100/- rupees per month.
I have tried to redeemed it but it also can't redeemed.
I have tried so many times to contact to the customer service for resolving the issue thay are didn't respond me properly and they are may be totally illiterate or uneducated because they were given me a different answers on every calls
Now i am so much afraid of this type of service by Jio Air fiber.
I have attached the images of the voucher and my complaints.
