I purchased an Acer Aspire 3 laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa-Core processor on 17 October 2024. I also purchased the Complete Laptop Protection (CLP) plan from Jeeves Consumer Services Ltd.Recently, my laptop developed a technical issue, so I contacted Jeeves for service support. I submitted the laptop to the designated service centre. After approximately one week, I received a call from Jeeves informing me that the laptop could not be repaired. They offered me a refund of ₹18,662.At that time, I asked whether the refund amount could be increased by an additional ₹2,000. The service team informed me that they would check with the refund team and update me later. However, the refund was suddenly cancelled without any prior intimation or explanation, and they said collect your laptop. When I again contacted Jeeves through the consumer portal, it displayed an option to proceed with the refund. I submitted all the required information through the portal approximately one month ago, but I have still not received any response or update from Jeeves.
