Formal Complaint against Flipkart and Jeeves for Deficiency of Service under Complete Laptop Protection.

I, Yash Pise is writing to formally raise a grievance regarding my Infinix laptop, which has been under Jeeves service since 6th Nov 2025.

Despite calling Jeeves helpline multiple times and waiting for 1 month, no resolution has been provided. Also sent my laptop to them on 6th Nov and after 15 days the technician informed can't be repaired due to unavailability of part. After that another complaint was raised on 18th Nov (mentioned in screenshot). Since then after calling them multiple times, they only say to wait for 2 days and so on.
I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
Direct Flipkart & Jeeves to immediately resolve my claim under the protection plan (replacement/refund of the laptop).
Award suitable compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and time lost due to deliberate delay.
