I was in contact with Mr. Sidhant, representing Innovit Tree Solutions, regarding the purchase of laptops for our business.
A Proforma Invoice was issued to us on 7 April 2026, based on which we were instructed to pay an advance amount of ₹50,000. Accordingly, we transferred the advance payment on 9 April 2026.
Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from the Shidhant, neither have the laptops been delivered nor has the advance amount been refunded. Over the past several weeks, multiple commitments regarding refund have been made, but none have been honored.
As of today, the amount of ₹50,000 remains unpaid, causing financial loss, inconvenience, and unnecessary mental stress.
I request the concerned authorities to intervene in this matter and direct the company to immediately refund the advance amount along with any applicable compensation for the delay and deficiency in service.
I am prepared to provide copies of the Proforma Invoice, payment proof, and communication records as evidence in support of my complaint.
