Subject: Complaint against incorrect room allocation and wrongful negative balance in account


Details of Complaint:


I am a resident of Stanza Living Maribor House. Upon renewal of my contract, I opted for a single occupancy room and was allotted Room No. 212. However, in the Stanza Living mobile application, my room was incorrectly registered as Room No. 109.


Due to this error:


  1. When I requested a room swap through the app, a wrong negative balance of approx. ₹2500 was rolled over to my current room (212).
  2. In addition, the system has been unfairly adding ₹50 per day as a penalty for not clearing this wrong negative balance — which arose entirely due to the company’s mistake.
  3. I escalated the issue to the Residence Coordinator (RC) and Cluster Manager, but no corrective action has been taken so far.
  4. This has caused me financial loss, undue harassment, and mental stress.

Relief Sought:


  1. Immediate correction of my room details in the system to reflect Room No. 212.
  2. Reversal of the wrongful negative balance of ₹2500.
  3. Removal of all wrongly imposed daily penalties of ₹50.
  4. Compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused due to negligence.
