1. On September 11, 2025, I purchased a HISENSE 50E63N 126 cm (50 inch) TV through Flipkart for ₹29,554. The TV was delivered on the same day and installed on September 17, 2025.

2. Within two weeks of installation, the TV stopped working completely — the display went blank.

3. I immediately contacted Hisense customer care and lodged a complaint. Multiple follow-ups were made over the next few weeks, but no satisfactory resolution was provided.

4. A technician finally visited after a two-week delay and confirmed that the TV’s board is damaged and requires replacement.

5. Despite repeated requests, Hisense has failed to replace the defective unit or provide a refund, continuously citing pending approval from higher authorities.

6. The product is practically new, and such a major hardware defect so early indicates a clear case of a defective product and deficiency in service.

Relief Sought:

1. I request the Consumer Forum to direct Hisense India to:

3. Refund the full purchase amount of ₹29,554
