Respected Sir/Madam,
I, SARIN SURESH PATEL , had availed a LAP Loan from HDFC Bank, A/C No: 802323804 from AHMEDABAD , GUJARAT branch. I had submitted all required documents for loan disbursal on time. However, the Salesperson/Relationship Manager of HDFC Bank delayed in GUIDING the SIT Document and Mortgage Documents from my end.
Due to this delay caused by the bank's employee, the bank has charges me a double penal charge of 25,000 rs + 32796 rs = 57796 rs , even bank has not share me the loan statement and nor even they have guided me how to check the loan statement despite of repetitive asking them.
As a result of the said delay, HDFC Bank wrongfully levied a penalty charge of Rs. 57,796/- on my loan account. I immediately approached the bank and informed them that the delay was not on my part. I also sent a written email dated requesting waiver, but the bank has not resolved the issue.
