I got my residence transferred to my own house from a rented place. I had purchased GTPL Broadband in June 2025. I currently got it recharge for the whole year in the month of July 2026 with amount Rs. 6363/-. On changing my residence, I requested to shift my GTPL Broadband router to my new location in the month of September 2026. The request was registered with the number 1840570. They replied that the GTPL services are not available in my area. Hence, i requested them to refund my remaining balance. Upon which they replied that there no refund policy and hence they cannot refund.
My question is if they are unable to provide services in my area then they must refund. I have not asked to cancel it's the problem with GTPL not the costumer so why should the costumer suffer.
All the proofs of mail responses are with me. if needed i can produce it.
