I am writing to file a formal complaint against GTPL Broadband (Dealer: Vishal Dave) regarding extremely poor internet service and a complete lack of customer support.
Over the recent past, I have been facing frequent network disconnections and abysmally slow internet speeds, making it completely impossible to use the broadband service I have paid for.
To make matters worse, whenever these network outages occur, my attempts to reach out for support are completely ignored. Neither the local dealer (Vishal Dave) nor the official GTPL customer care number (8200092000) answers my calls. It is highly frustrating that the support lines are practically abandoned exactly when customers need them to report downtime.
