I placed an order with Little Box and requested an exchange for the product as I did not like it. The exchange pickup was scheduled, and I received messages confirming that the pickup executive would come to collect the item.
However, on the day of pickup, I received a message stating that I was “not reachable,” which is incorrect. I was present at the pickup address and available throughout the day. I also tried calling the pickup executive on the number provided multiple times on the same day and the following day, but the number was either unreachable or busy, and I received no response.
Due to this, the exchange pickup was marked as failed without any fault on my part. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting the company through their official email for support, the email was found to be invalid, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue.
This has caused unnecessary inconvenience, delay, and mental harassment despite my cooperation and readiness for pickup.
