Hi Team,
I am registering the complaint against Goibibo [ /](My Booking ID GOFLIGTAGR1Y4613002)
Due to current ongoing disruptions with indigo flight(start of december). I had received message and email that my flight with PnR number (R9K28A) has been cancelled by the Indigo Airline ( Flight from Mumbai to Banglore and Banglore to bali-DPS - dated on 5th Dec ). As i had made the booking through goibibo site, on their application separate refund request was needed to be made . While raising refund request of my cancelled flight I had choose refund for my return flight as well ( from Bali -DpS to Banglore and Banglore to Mumbai which will be departuring on 14th Dec Sunday ) .
As my international travel plan was already made hence i took another flight and have come to Bali on scheduled date. As my return flight was already booked via goibibo site hence i wanted to come back on same flight. Hence i sent couple of emails asking them not to cancel my return flight.
Luckily I had checked same PNR Number on indigo website and my booking was showing confirm but on goibibo application my booking status was showing as cancelled. And Special claim refund request was showing in progress with amount of 48120Rs.
I had checked my account details, on 9th Dec 25034Rs. Refund has been processed by Goibibo team but on 11th Dec same amount debit entry has been shown in my account so looks like Goibibo has revoked the refund and again deducted from my account.
I have also checked with my Airline(Indigo), they have confirmed they have fully refunded of my original booking amount of Rs. 53000 . Now i am continuously following up with Goibibo team but not getting proper response on my Refund. There customer care agent is redirecting my call to AI Agent who is just replying my request is in Progress.
I am looking for response and status of my refund. Attaching some of the evidences. As its been 2 weeks now and no update hence registering complaint here.
