Subject: Complaint Against GoBolt for Deficiency in Service, Invalid Tracking Details & Failure to Honor Warranty

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Andy Dhotre, am filing this complaint against GoBolt for their continuous negligence, non-responsiveness, and failure to fulfil warranty obligations for my purchased product.

  1. I purchased GoBolt earbuds, which are still under valid warranty.
  2. I submitted the product for warranty repair/replacement 19 days ago.
  3. The company provided me with a Ticket Number and an AWB (tracking) number to check the status of my product.
  4. However, both the Ticket Number and AWB Number are invalid, and I am unable to track my product anywhere.
  5. The customer support team is not responding, and there is no valid contact number available to reach a responsible representative.
  6. They have failed to inform me about the current status of my product or how much additional time it will take.
  7. This clearly shows deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and gross negligence under the Consumer Protection Act.
This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience, frustration, and mental harassment, and I have now run out of patience.

For the Hon’ble Commission’s reference, I have attached all necessary screenshots, the purchase invoice, chats with customer support, and the invalid tracking details.

I request the Hon’ble Commission to kindly:
  1. Direct GoBolt to immediately repair or replace my earbuds under warranty.
  2. Order the company to provide a valid AWB/Tracking Number and proper service updates.
  3. Investigate why the company issued fake/invalid tracking and ticket details.
  4. Award suitable compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and delay caused to me.
  5. Take strict action to prevent such unfair trade practices against customers.

Subject: Complaint Against GoBolt for fooling people and not given proper response

Respected Sir/Madam,

I gave my product for service to Go boult which was not working in just 5 months, one side of earbud is not working which Boult company said that we will repair it and return it to you, for that they took 20 days and after that they did not return my product to me, instead they sent me some other product which was very similar but in very bad with fully scratch and worst condition his charging is also not working properly because my product is very new and good condition becuse my product is very new and good condition I feel so bad to see that product I’ll received so I decide to complaint go boult customer care i called there and told him to the story of my product the product I’ll received it’s not mine some other product he sent to me please check and get back to me my product so the customer care person said to me it’s your product we are not do this type of service we are given you the same product and they disconnected my call and I did not have any other option, so that’s why I have filed this complaint here so I request you to do the needful I need my new product or else my money back for me this is a big amount for me 1799

Subject: Complaint Against Go Bolt for cheating and not giving the delivery date and refund in case unable to delivery at the given date.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this to register a serious complaint against Go Bolt regarding the unacceptable service, lack of transparency, and refusal to provide a refund despite failing to deliver the shipment on the committed date.
I had booked a service with Go Bolt for the transportation/delivery of my consignment, for which the company initially confirmed a delivery date. However, despite repeated follow‑ups, the shipment was not delivered on the promised date, and no proper updates were provided. This caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental stress.
What is more concerning is that, even after failing to honor the delivery commitment, Go Bolt has refused to process a refund. This amounts to unfair trade practice, deficiency of service, and cheating, as the company did not provide the service for which payment was made.

I hope the company will take this complaint seriously and resolve it at the earliest.

Subject: Complaint against GoBoult for Deficiency in Service, Invalid Ticket Status, and Failure to Process Warranty Replacement.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint against GoBoult for their gross negligence, tech-infrastructure failure, and non-responsiveness regarding a warranty replacement for my product.

Background Facts:
1. I purchased GoBoult Over-Ear Headphones – Fluid X (Pine Green), which are currently under a valid company warranty.
2. The product already had an issue, and I submitted it for replacement. My order details are as follows:
- Order ID: OD437510395808512100
- Service Ticket Number Issued: 781408210597
- AWB (Tracking) Number: 35950113189480
3. After successfully receiving these confirmation details, I recently tried to enquire about the tracking and transit status of my replacement product.
4. To my dismay, the official portal now falsely states that my active Ticket Number is invalid and prompts me to register a fresh complaint.
5. Furthermore, when I attempt to register the grievance again as prompted, the official portal fails to process the request, continuously stalling on a "loading" loop, thereby blocking me from getting any actual support or status update.

Deficiency of Service:
This clearly amounts to an unfair trade practice and a severe deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The company is retaining my product while simultaneously erasing or breaking the digital tracking history, preventing me from getting my rightful replacement or contacting a live agent.

This technical failure and lack of proper accountability have caused me mental harassment and deep inconvenience.

Prayer (Requests to the Commission):
I request the Hon’ble Commission to kindly:
1. Direct GoBoult to immediately refund for my Fluid X Pine Green Headphones.
2. Order the company to rectify their portal error and provide an accurate, functioning tracking link for the replacement package.
3. Award reasonable compensation for the mental harassment, waste of time, and extreme inconvenience caused by their faulty customer service systems.
4. Take appropriate action to ensure the brand adheres to fair trading practices.
